Returns

• If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

• For hygiene reasons, returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.

• Contact our Returns team at returns@mymiswak.com with your Order Number for full instructions on how to make a return.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Postage will not be refunded unless the original order was faulty.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
